I have a regular reflexology session with Gini. 

I find it relaxes me, keeps me healthy and my body feeling good. After successfully recovering from a severe illness, reflexology is my maintenance therapy to keep me well. 

Gini is a gentle and really good practitioner. I highly recommend her treatments. 

My treatment with Kath Berry was outstanding and certainly one of the best therapeutic sessions I have ever experienced (and I've experienced a lot!). Her deep tissue massage was the perfect antidote to the stress I had been carrying in my neck and shoulders. Kath has the confidence and healing in her hands that only comes through years of clinical experience making it easy to relax and surrender to her treatment. The massage flowed seamlessly into a healing cupping session and was completed with a blissful acupuncture treatment, I felt deeply relaxed and nurtured as I left the clinic, slept extremely well and woke up feeling the benefits the following day...and he day after that 😊 Thanks again Kath, I'll be back for sure. Highly recommended!
